Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide exceptional respiratory care. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment and may be required to float to various locations within the region as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Conducting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs to ensure effective respiratory care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educating patients and families about respiratory conditions and therapy techniques.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and upholding safety standards.
• Providing support during emergencies and critical care situations as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current and valid RRT license from Ohio.
• Certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be in hand at the time of application.
• Availability to work weekends and float to various facilities as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.

Work Schedule

Shifts are during the day, with a standard schedule of 4x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30.
