We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and analyze test results to aid in patient care decisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current credentialing from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Active Ohio RRT license in hand at the time of application.
• Availability to work weekends and float to various regional facilities as needed.
• Ability to meet scheduling requests and communicate them during the application and interview process.

Shift Details

This position requires availability for a night shift, working four 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
