Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in respiratory care and be able to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care and the use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in the training and orientation of new staff members.
• May be required to float to multiple locations within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current RRT licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work weekends and other shifts as necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This position involves night shifts of 4x12 hours, and scheduling requests should be communicated accordingly.
