Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various departments, including but not limited to emergency and pulmonary care. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services to patients in alignment with clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and evaluate patient responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and ongoing care strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education to stay abreast of new treatments and technologies.
• May be required to float to multiple locations within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active Ohio RRT license.

Work Schedule

This position involves night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend availability is required as needed. Scheduling and time-off requests should be communicated during the application and interview process.
