Job Overview

This position involves working in a split lab environment, with rotations among Cardiac, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology units. The Cath Lab Tech will play a crucial role in supporting advanced imaging technologies and patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
• Weekend: Included in the call schedule
• Call: Approximately 9 to 10 days per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in the Cardiac Cath Lab settings.
• Rotate between various interventional procedures across cardiac, vascular, and radiology disciplines.
• Participate in the on-call schedule as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards within the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Open to first-time travelers.
• Full compliance with all necessary certifications required to start on time.

Holidays

Travelers are expected to work during major holidays according to the following guidelines:

• One major holiday during the assignment: Work is expected.
• Two major holidays during the assignment: Work is expected for both.
• Three major holidays during the assignment: Work is expected for two of the holidays.

Major Holidays include:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving/Black Friday
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
• New Years Eve/New Years Day

Additional Information

• Compliance with full requirements is necessary to ensure timely start dates; delays in compliance may result in a 2-week delay due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
• Locals are accepted at the same rate.
• Number of Non-Billable Orientation Hours (NBO) is determined by the contract length.
