Position Overview

This role offers guaranteed hours of 72 every two weeks across all assignments, excluding any additional "on-call" time worked. The position is designed for dedicated professionals looking to engage in meaningful nursing practice while ensuring a consistent work schedule.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and timely to inform care decisions.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and provide resources for further support.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to unit operations and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients and team members.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Previous experience in a nursing role is preferred.
