Job Overview

A Vascular Sonographer is needed to join a Vascular and Cardiology Clinic. The successful candidate will have extensive experience performing General and Vascular Ultrasounds. This role does not require on-call work, holiday shifts, or weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform General and Vascular Ultrasounds with proficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to ensure patient care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
• Utilize imaging equipment and technology to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• Must possess ARDMS-RVT or ARRT-VS and AHA BLS certifications.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or equivalent certification is required.
• Broad-based experience in Vascular Ultrasound techniques.
• Experience with GE imaging equipment and PACs is necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Epic experience within the last 18 months is required.
• If the candidate does not pass the Epic test-out on site, additional orientation hours may be added to the contract.

Work Schedule

Shifts available include either:

• 5 shifts of 8 hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 4 shifts of 10 hours: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
