Shift Information

Training will be conducted during day shifts. The position requires working four nights one week and three nights the next week (Wednesday to Saturday or Thursday to Saturday) from 19:30 to 07:00. No call is required.

Minimum Experience Required

• 2 years of CT experience

Certifications/Requirements

• General Certifications: BLS/BCLS
• Allied Health Certifications: ARRT(R), ARRT(CT)
• Other: NMTCB, CNMT, RVT

Job Description

Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a professional atmosphere while performing radiographic and CT procedures accurately and efficiently as prescribed by physicians. This role requires attention to the specific needs of patients, including those who are pregnant, injured, ill, or elderly.

Essential Job Duties

• Deliver quality patient care while performing radiographic and CT procedures.
• Utilize proper techniques to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
• Accurately position patients to obtain optimal images as requested by physicians.
• Maintain safety standards and proper protocols during Cisco CT exams for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Ensure all necessary consent forms are signed prior to examinations and gather pertinent patient histories.
• Transport patients to and from the department and assist them onto examination tables.
• Employ sterile techniques to prevent cross-contamination during procedures.
• Provide radiographic imaging in operating rooms, emergency settings, and patient rooms using portable equipment.

Education and Experience

• Must have graduated from an accredited ARRT program.
• Current registration by the ARRT (R)(CT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience.
