Description

Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist with experience in the Cath Lab to join our team. This position involves working a 4x10-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Perform specialized interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of physicians.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively and safely.
Assist in the preparation and care of patients before, during, and after procedures.
Participate in on-call duties as required, maintaining availability during specified hours.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, with Cath Lab Tech experience preferred.
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT.
Valid MD license required.
Ability to work weekends as scheduled.

Additional Information

On-call requirement is approximately 12-13 days in a 6-week period with specific weekday and weekend hours.
This position does not involve floating to other facilities.
Local candidates living within 50 miles are welcome to apply, but please note a reduction in the local rate.
One request for time off is allowed.
Guaranteed hours for the position are 40 per week.
