Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 3+ years of experience to perform vascular and interventional radiology procedures in a hospital setting.
Details
- Work in a Philips IR lab located in the main radiology department, with a matching IR machine available in the OR
- Perform vascular cases and interventional radiology procedures
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Call requirement of one day per week plus every 4th weekend on-call
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
- License required if applicable
- Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address for consideration
Additional Information
- Accepts local candidates, though a radius rule may apply and could affect pay rate
- First-time travelers may be considered
- Travelers are encouraged to discuss extension opportunities with their manager at least 45 days before the assignment end date

In the mammogram department the managers are kind. The work load is low to steady. The staff is drama free. The schedule/location rarely changes. All and all great place to work.
Cons
Lunches are not always blocked off, only given 45 minutes. So might have to bring ur lunch. And eat at your work station.
