Ultrasound Technologist - Maternal Fetal

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Maternal Fetal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations and accurately capture diagnostic images.
• Evaluate and analyze ultrasound images for completeness and quality.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide information and reassurance regarding procedures.
• Assist clinicians in interpreting ultrasound findings and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
• Certification by a recognized professional body is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Maternal Fetal setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a designated hour for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

Work Environment

Join a supportive and collaborative environment dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and families. The role will primarily be based within Women's Services, focusing on Maternal Fetal health.
