Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This position involves performing complex imaging procedures that help in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in nuclear medicine and PET imaging.

Shift Details

The position is a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, five days a week. The role is primarily designed for regular patient care; however, the candidate should be prepared for occasional extended hours to accommodate additional procedures or urgent case needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and conduct imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in handling radioactive materials.
• Collaborate effectively with medical and technical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide exceptional patient education and support throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Experience in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of radiological safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
