Description
This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on vascular and plastics surgery. Candidates must have strong experience in both open and endovascular vascular cases, as well as plastic surgery procedures.
Position Information
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Number of Openings: Numerous
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: 1:5 weekends rotating at 12-hour shifts
- Call Requirements: One overnight call from 11 PM to 7 AM for trauma, scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialties
Education & Certifications Required
- Certifications: CNOR preferred
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 26
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Equipment: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
- EMR: Epic

- Must Have Skills/Experience: Level 1 trauma experience
- Preferred Skills/Experience: General, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, endovascular
- Type of Patients: Operating Room
- Personality Fit: Flexible, accountable, timely, team player
Dress Code
- Scrub Color: Teal scrubs issued from the facility
Additional Information
Call will be an obligation and required as needed. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
