Job Description

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with specialized knowledge in Orthopedic and Neuro OR procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room setting.
• Provide direct care to patients through assessment, planning, and implementation of care during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in patient education and post-operative care.

Shift Information

• Schedule: Varied shifts, including weekends.
• Call requirements: Every 4-5th weekend and one weeknight per week.
• Holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, specifically in Orthopedic and Neuro procedures.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS.
• Ability to meet performance expectations and maintain professional standards.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
