Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition effectively.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and overall wellness.
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

Current and valid nursing license in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or trauma setting.
Experience in similar clinical environments is essential.
Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA.
Willingness to comply with required vaccinations, including the flu vaccine, prior to starting employment.
Must have been separated from prior employment for at least 6 months to be eligible for consideration.

Additional Information

This position requires travel and may involve working in multiple locations within the region. Please ensure that you submit any planned time off alongside your application.
