Job Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in Acute Care will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient health conditions and needs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient progress and vital signs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educating patients and their families on health management and recovery
• Documenting patient care and responding to changes in patient status

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
