Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals across diverse conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and progress, documenting changes comprehensively.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and available resources.
• Participate in the training and supervision of nursing staff and students, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time efficiently.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred.
