Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts, including 4x12 hour shifts.
