Description

Unit: NICU RN (Level III, Trauma Level 1)

Care for high-acuity neonates (22+ weeks) including preemies, congenital defects, and critical conditions.
Requirements: BLS, NRP; Level III/IV NICU experience and micro-preemie care preferred.
Must be comfortable with ventilators and titrating drips (Fentanyl, Morphine, Precedex).
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days/nights), self-scheduling with block options; every other weekend + holiday rotation.
Details: 60-bed unit, ratios 1:1–3, EPIC charting, strong support (neonatology, RT, transport RN); floating required.
