Description

Preop / Surgical Center RN

Shift: Day shifts, 8 or 10 hours
Unit: 15-suite surgical center/preop area, 55–70 cases daily
EHR: Allscripts/Sunrise; transitioning to Epic
Requirements: BLS, strong IV skills, surgical care knowledge, robotics experience
Role: Preop care only; scrubbing not required
Schedule: Rotating weekends with occasional 24-hour second-call coverage
Call: 30-minute response time
Float: OR holding area
