Description

Cath Lab RN

Unit: 6-lab Cath Lab, Level I trauma
EHR/Systems: Epic, GE/Philips monitors, McKesson
Requirements: Active IL license or application started, BLS, ACLS, telemetry strip interpretation, drip titration experience
Schedule: Four 9-hour shifts; may stay late for emergent cases
Call: 6–8 shifts/month, every 6th–7th full weekend, occasional 24-hour backup weekend shift, holiday rotation
Patient Population: STEMI, NSTEMI, heart failure, congenital cases, TAVR, MitraClip, peripheral interventions
Staffing: 1:1; regular team includes 1 RN and 2 radiology techs
Float: Not required; may assist IR if experienced
