Description

CVOR RN

Shift: Days, 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Duration: 13–16 weeks
Requirements: 2+ years OR RN experience, recent high-competency CVOR/open-heart experience, prior travel experience, BLS
Preferred: CNOR
Experience: Large 500+ bed academic/teaching hospital experience required
Skills: Required to scrub hearts; must also have general OR experience
EHR: Epic experience within the past 2 years required
Call: 1–2 weekday 12-hour calls, 7:00 PM–7:15 AM, plus 1 full weekend of call every 5 weeks
Float: May float to other OR suites such as general, ortho, neuro, or ENT; will circulate only if floated
Schedule Notes: Flexibility required; no block scheduling
