Description

Shift: 8-hour days
Duration: 13 weeks; FMLA/LOA coverage
Weekends: None
Location: South Burlington, VT; may float to St. Albans and Berlin as needed
Requirements: BLS, 1+ year outpatient experience, home dialysis experience, Epic experience within the past 2 years
Experience: Must have outpatient home dialysis experience, including training and maintaining home dialysis patients
Patient Population: Chronic renal/ESRD patients
Equipment: Baxter PD cyclers and NxStage home hemodialysis machine
Preferred: Prior travel experience
Schedule Notes: Flexibility required; no block scheduling
Orientation: Bi-weekly Monday orientations
Submission: Complete work history required, including bed count, EMR, facility type, and explanations for gaps over 90 days
Transportation: Reliable transportation required; public transportation is not accessible
