**Exciting Opportunity for Home Dialysis RN** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Home Dialysis RN! - Location: South Burlington, VT, with potential float to St. Albans & Berlin. - Duration: 13-week assignment. - Work Schedule: - 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. - Flexibility in schedule is essential. - Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience. - Home dialysis experience required, specifically in an outpatient setting. - Skill in training and maintaining patients on home dialysis. - Familiarity with Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machines. - BLS certification required. - Epic experience within the past 2 years is a must. - Additional Information: - Travel radius reimbursement based on distance. - Reliable transportation is required; public transportation is not accessible in this area. - All employment history information must be complete for submission. - Employment gaps over 90 days need to be explained. - Bi-weekly orientations every Monday. - No block schedules for any reason. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
