Description

Position: Emergency Department RN
Schedule: 10:30 AM-11:00 PM (block scheduling is never guaranteed)
Experience: 2+ years ED including some PEDS; travel experience required
Required: Active NY RN license, AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS and TNCC; EPIC experience; skills checklist matching specialty
Unit: 64-bed ED - 2 triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych; newborn through geriatric patients
Duties: Care for all assigned ED patients including SANE cases; manage stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest and respiratory failure; titrate pressors, vasodilators, antiarrhythmics, sedation, TNK, heparin and insulin drips; operate rapid infusor and Arctic Sun
Note: Floating required; navy blue scrubs; charge capability highly preferred; 75-mile radius rule
