Job Summary:
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with any corrective actions. Develop a record-keeping system to document medication errors and counseling. Oversight of Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department.

Required Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience, with five (5) years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- RN License.
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Emergency Room settings.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
