Description

Unit: RN (Critical Care / Trauma)

Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity patient care using the nursing process in a Level I/II Trauma setting.
Responsible for care coordination, patient assessment, care planning, and supervision of nursing staff.
Requirements: BSN; 3–5 years trauma experience; BLS, ACLS, PALS, TCAR, AHA Stroke certification.
Must be proficient in CRRT, ventilators/trachs, A-lines, and medication titration.
Preferred: CCRN, TCRN, CRRT certifications.
Details: Involves charge responsibilities, multidisciplinary coordination, and participation in QI, education, and patient-centered care initiatives.
