Details:

Hospital: 345 beds, 3x Magnet designated

Staffing: ~80 in float pool

Shifts: Days/Nights; ratios ~1:5 (varies)

Charting: Meditech

Requirements:

BLS & ACLS required

2+ years strong Tele experience

Flexibility/willingness to float

Preferred: Chemo certification (for Oncology assignments)

Notes: Float to Med/Tele, PCU, Rehab; large cardiac population
