Description

Unit: 36-bed Med/Surg–Tele | Staff: 50+ | EMR: Cerner

Ratios: Days 1:5–6 | Nights 1:6–7 (charge + RN/CNA/HUC + sitters per grid)

Equipment: Remote tele monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation (CPO), VC150s in every room, WOWs for staff, Tap-and-Go access

Must-Have: BLS + medical telemetry experience

Preferred: Leadership/charge experience, BSN

Unit Work: Preps patients for Endoscopy, IR, and OR

Best Fit: Hard-working, compassionate, team-oriented, thrives in fast-paced settings

Certs: BLS required | CMSRN encouraged

Float: Med/Surg sister units 3W, 5W, K8
