Description

Dept/Role: Therapy – Physical Therapist (PT) | 1 opening

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00a–4:30p | 36 hrs/week | 1 weekend shift/month (8 hrs Sat/Sun)

Float: Must be able to float to Gilbert location (~15 min) as needed

Experience: 2–3 years

Unit: 50 beds | adults | team conference caseload ~9 pts (not all seen daily)

Systems/Equipment: UDS + Cerner | InMotion, Synaptic, EKSO, VR

Must-Have Experience: Adult care across SNF/IRF/Acute settings

Supervisors: Angelica Ogden (DOT); Lauren Luis (Therapy Manager)
