Description

Unit/Dept: Inpatient Rehab RN (Rehab) | 49 beds | Ratio: 1:7 | EHR: Epic

Shifts: 12s 6:30a–7:00p / 6:30p–7:00a | every other weekend + holiday rotation | call required

Required: BLS + 1+ year nursing in SNF or other 24/7 skilled care setting (Med/Surg or IPR preferred)

Notes: High-acuity at times—functions similar to Med/Surg; nurses expected to assist CNAs/answer call lights for safety

Policies: Attendance/tardy policy enforced; 30-min unpaid break required (must clock out) + two 15-min paid breaks; no staying past shift without approval

Equipment: Ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy/Sara Plus, slide boards, vitals/EKG, BGM, charting computers

Float: Not currently (may float to satellite IRF within ~20 min in future)
