Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Setting
Pay Rate: $60-62/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services in a school-based setting. The SLP will support students in grades 9–12 by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to help students achieve academic success.

Schedule & Workload:

• On-site position

• 3 days per week

• 21 hours per week

• Daily hours: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Caseload: Approximately 30 students (grades 9–12)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed

• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment:

• High school setting serving grades 9–12

• Supportive multidisciplinary team

• On-site service delivery
