Description
IDR is seeking a Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role supports EHR migration initiatives within a healthcare organization specializing in electronic health record modernization and data management. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex technical projects supporting legacy system retirement, data migration, and reporting efforts.
Position Overview for the Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead:
- Support enterprise-wide Cerner Millennium data migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts within Millennium environments
- Analyze clinical workflows and translate operational requirements into technical specifications
- Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from Oracle schemas
- Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of clinical requirements
Requirements for the Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead:
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations, migrations, or optimization initiatives
- Proven ability to translate clinical requirements into technical and data specifications
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL)
- Working knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases
