• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: no call • Required Certifications: BLS • Years of Experience: 1 • Float Requirements: Yes

• Number of Beds: 104 across five units (adult, child, geri) • Patient Ratios: 1:8 variable (geri and pedi have lower) • Equipment: none • EHR: Cerner
• Supervisor: Shift supervisors only
• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: geri, pedi (5-17), adults. 2 adult units, 24 beds each; 24 beds on geri, 12 pedi.
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: RN experience • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Behavioral health • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety • Personality Fit: -Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric care

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse / RN you will:
• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physician's, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participates in discharge planning process.
Qualifications:
As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse / RN you will have:
• Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.
• BCLS Certification.
• ACLS preferred.
• Minimum one year in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
