Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Antepartum position requiring fetal monitoring certification and flexibility to float to Labor & Delivery, with night shift scheduling and every other weekend availability.

Details

  • Antepartum unit in an acute care hospital setting
  • Primary assignment in Antepartum with frequent float to Labor & Delivery, as well as Mother Baby unit as needed
  • Float to an offsite birth center campus and house float for patient sitter needs may also be required
  • Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12)
  • Every other weekend required
  • No on-call requirements
  • Epic EMR used

Requirements

  • Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Fetal monitoring credentialing or certification required
  • Prior antepartum nursing experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Candidate must be prepared to float regularly to Labor & Delivery, which is the predominant float destination
  • Float assignments may also include a secondary hospital campus birth center and house sitter coverage
