Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for an angiography unit, requiring at least 1 year of IR experience and RT(ARRT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an angiography unit focusing on interventional radiology procedures
• Work involves assisting with angiography examinations, line placements, angiograms, kyphoplasty, and percutaneous nephrostomy exams
• Uses GE Innova equipment
• Weekday shifts are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with possible call requirements
• Will work closely with radiologists and clinical staff to assist with interventional procedures
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with varied case types
• Call coverage may be required as needed
• Professional scrubs required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Current RT(ARRT) certification required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required
• License required if applicable
• Familiarity with GE Innova equipment is preferred
