Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift position on an orthopedic unit in Tennessee requiring a compact or TN RN license and a minimum of one year recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Med/Surg department on the 7 Tower North Ortho unit
Orthopedic patient population in a hospital setting
Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week contract assignment
No on-call requirements specified
Provide nursing care to orthopedic Med/Surg patients during night shifts
Must submit an application, skills checklist, references, and state board of nursing license verification
Copies of certifications and NURSYS verification are required
No Canadian SSN accepted

Requirements

Active TN or compact RN license required
Minimum of one year recent Med/Surg RN experience
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
