Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Neuro (Med/Surg) position requiring BLS certification and every other weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital setting on the 6 North Neurology unit
Primarily care for neurological adult patients
Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Agency personnel must comply with strict dress and appearance policies; jeans, halter-tops, shorts, sleeveless shirts, and facial earrings are prohibited
Meal and break periods must be recorded according to hospital policy
No payments are made for sick time or call offs, but make-up shifts may be permitted
COVID vaccination card may be required

Requirements

Active RN license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
License verification must be dated within 30 days of start date
