Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care night shift position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a long term care unit within a healthcare facility
• Night/evening schedule includes two 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours
• 13-week assignment
• EMR system used is Epic
• Shared housing available for travelers, with no guests or pets allowed
• Must have own transportation
• Nursing responsibilities include providing care for long term care patients in a team environment
• RTO must be noted prior to assignment consideration
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be expected per unit needs
• Parking may incur costs at some locations
• Shared housing is provided with restrictions on guests and pets

Requirements

• Active and non-conditional MA RN license required at time of consideration; no pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification from AHA required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with no medical or religious exemptions allowed
