Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology Med/Surg night shift position requiring active RN licensure and ONC chemo certification.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an inpatient oncology unit with a medical-surgical patient population
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 13-week travel contract assignment
  • Provide specialized oncology nursing care for medical-surgical patients
  • Assignment is exclusively available for U.S. candidates (no Canadian SSNs accepted)

Requirements

  • Active RN license required
  • ONC chemo certification required for all RNs working in oncology
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in oncology nursing
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications must be valid and not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
  • U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
