Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent hospital experience for a 13-week rehabilitation assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a general rehab services unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 08:00 to 16:30
• Assignment is 13 weeks in length
• Requires working 6 weekend days over the 13-week period
• No call required
• Holiday shifts rotate with other staff
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed
• Responsibilities include providing patient care across assigned rehab service areas
• Participation in rotating holiday coverage is required
• Floating to other sites within a 40-mile radius may occur based on staffing needs
• Local candidates are accepted but may be offered a reduced pay rate according to the facility's radius rule
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment
• Auto-offer process is in place for qualifying candidates

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS certification required
• ARDMS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
