Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery day shift position requiring a current MS or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
Care for laboring and postpartum patients in a specialized unit
No local travelers permitted per 50-mile radius rule
Requested time off must be less than 1 week
Candidates must provide proof of an active driver's license
U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
Returning travelers must meet facility-specific eligibility rules

Requirements

Active MS or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
All licenses and certifications must be valid for at least 30 days beyond the start date
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
