Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist with at least 5 years of recent x-ray experience and ARRT certification.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a general x-ray department, providing walk-in and urgent care imaging services
- Work schedule includes Monday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Unit is ACC Minor Imaging
- EPIC charting is used for documentation and EMR
- Flu vaccination is required with no exemptions permitted
- Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from facility in Boston; local rate is 5% lower
- Parking is not validated and public transportation or daily pay parking may be required
- UKG/Kronos system is used for timekeeping
- Professional dress code applies
- Two references are required for consideration
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of radiologic technologist experience required
- Active ARRT certification is required
- Active MA Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable; conditional MA licenses are not accepted
- Current BLS certification from AHA is required
- Experience with general x-ray in urgent care settings preferred
- Proof of licensure and required certifications must be provided in accordance with Massachusetts regulations
