Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with at least 2 years of experience and an active MI RN license for a hospital surgical team.

Responsibilities

Work in the Operating Room at a hospital setting
Handles a variety of cases including orthopedic, general, endo-vascular, urgent, and OB procedures
10-hour shifts from 6:45am to 5:15pm with non-consecutive working days and a random day off Monday through Friday
On-call required one weeknight per week from 7pm to 11pm
On-call required one weekend per month, rotating between Friday-Sunday 7pm-7am, and Saturday-Sunday 7am-7pm
Maximum of 5 days of requested time off allowed
Must be able to provide copies of all required licenses and certifications for consideration

Requirements

Active Michigan RN license required at the time of consideration
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Experience in orthopedic, general, endo-vascular, urgent, and OB cases preferred
