Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active IA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent OB experience.

Responsibilities

Position is within the Labor & Delivery unit
Work schedule includes a combination of day and night shifts, with potential for straight nights or weekend coverage if preferred
Must work at least one out of every three weekends
Assignment duration is 7 weeks
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
The unit has many newer staff, so seasoned travelers are needed to provide support
Holiday and weekend shifts may be required based on the schedule

Requirements

Active IA or compact state RN license
Current BCLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of recent OB experience
Must have strong Labor & Delivery expertise to work independently with less experienced team members
