Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with an active CA license, ACLS and BLS for a critical night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• EPIC is used for electronic medical records
• Must adhere to licensing and certification requirements throughout the assignment
• Both local and travel candidates will be paid at the same rate
• Candidates cannot exceed a two year cumulative assignment limit without taking a 90-day break
• Scrub or dress code will be communicated before assignment

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred
• CCRN, Bachelor's degree in nursing, and dialysis/SLED experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR is an asset
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
