Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health assignment covering Wayne and Washtenaw Counties, with BLS certification required and day shift scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Home health certified unit serving patients in Wayne and Washtenaw Counties
• Day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00
• Occasional weekend work is required, typically 1-2 days per month
• May be scheduled to work at least one holiday during the assignment
• Patients are seen in their homes across multiple counties
• Uses Epic EMR system
• Orientation may include verification of credentials and documentation
• References are required for consideration
• COVID vaccination documentation is required
• Scrubs or professional attire may be required for home health visits

Requirements

• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required
• License required if applicable
• Must provide documentation of license or certification verification dated within 30 days of start
• Must be able to travel to patient homes throughout Wayne and Washtenaw Counties
