Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for night shift assignments requiring Siemens MRI system proficiency and ARRT (MR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital radiology department as an MRI Tech
• Night shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No call and no weekend shifts required
• Utilizes Siemens Aera, Skyra, and Sola MRI systems
• Performs neuro, body, musculoskeletal (MSK), and breast scans
• Travellers must complete two fingerprint background checks, with one performed onsite
• Assessment in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate will occur during orientation and require passing scores
• Perm candidates cannot be re-hired at facility within 1 year of previous end date
• Locals are accepted at the same bill rate
• All requested time off must be discussed during the interview
• Siemens MRI equipment experience is mandatory for this role

Requirements

• ARRT (MR) and BLS certifications are required
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in MRI specialty prior to travel
• Must have recent and direct experience with Siemens MRI systems
• Must have or be willing to obtain an active Ohio license; license required if applicable
• References required from a supervisory professional in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Nicotine-free status required, verified by a negative drug screen within 12 months prior to start
• No open background cases accepted
