Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring a TN or compact RN license and recent emergency nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week travel contract assignment
Care for a diverse emergency patient population
Deliver care for a high-acuity, fast-paced patient environment in the Emergency Department
Dress code and scrub color to be confirmed upon interview
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as part of schedule
Facility does not accept Canadian social security numbers

Requirements

Active TN or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in emergency nursing
Current AHA or ARC certifications required, such as BLS and ACLS
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or equivalent certification required for ER (SAMA, MAB, ACPMA may be accepted)
No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Must provide US Social Security Number and Date of Birth for consideration
Complete profile including references and copies of certifications required
