Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech - Special Procedures with an active license and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a special procedures/cardiac department
• Day shift from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 13-week assignment
• Patient population and procedures focused on interventional radiology and special cardiac procedures
• Up to 5 requested days off is allowed but must be made up during the contract
• Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local pay rule and limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before required separation or transfer
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs if arranged in advance
• Applicants must have an employment history showing no recent extended gaps

Requirements

• Active IR Tech license required if applicable
• At least 1 year of recent experience in interventional radiology or special procedures
• No work history gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Current certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
